Just had a new TPO roof installed by Hawk Roofing. Nothing but good to say about ****** and his crew. He's knowledgeable about the business, is fairly priced and does what he says he will do. We had to defer project start a couple of months due to a family conflict and it was ****** who reached out to me asking for status so he could get us scheduled in. His crew was hard working and efficient, left no mess behind and created a beautiful roof for us. Our home has nine skylights. All were carefully seamed and sealed. Starting working with ****** about 2 months ago with my moms house with wind damage. He went above and beyond trying to work with the insurance to get this roof replaced. Insurance denied. It said the roof was 20 years old. ****** gave us an estimate that was fair. Job was completed in one day, real professional crew, clean up with them great. Hawk Roofing was referred to me as a company of first choice. Last week, due to an extremely unusual "micro burst" of wind, up to forty of my Spanish tiles were lifted out of alignment and/or broken. Neighbors on both sides of my home were also affected. My first contact was with owner ***************************, who promptly returned my initial call to inquire about his firm executing the repairs/replacements of disaffected tiles, not to mention other aspects such and pipes and complex joint transitions. ****** took dozens of photos from rooftop and, on the next day, provided me with a favorable estimate.
